Steve Goddard brings a wealth of experience with him. Steve has been a practitioner in real estate in the South Bay area since 1972, a broker/associate and sales manager with RE/MAX Beach Cities Realty from 1982 to present. Steve is an active member and past president of the South Bay Association of REALTORS and past president of the Los Angeles County Boards of Real Estate. Steve is very active with his Local Association as well as the California and National Associations of REALTORS. Steve was the President for CRS, Certified Residential Specialists in Southern California in 1999. He was also the Reciprocal Director (Ambassador) for Mexico for the National Association of REALTORS in 1998-99. Steve is currently the NAR Reciprocal Director (Ambassador) for Australia. He was the President 2010 for the California Association of REALTORS and chosen by his peers “California REALTOR of the Year” for 2010.

Steve joined RE/MAX Beach Cities Realty in 1982 and has been consistently in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and in the top ten at REMAX Beach Cities. He received an award as the RE/MAX Manager of the Year in 1991. In 1993 he was elevated to the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Steve has also been awarded membership in the prestigious Platinum Club numerous times. Steve has been a speaker for RE/MAX at both the State and National levels and has served as an expert witness for Real Estate issues in the State of California. He is also a licensed General Contractor.

Steve’s knowledge of real estate includes residential, condominiums, residential income and commercial property sales and leasing. He has assisted over 2000 families attain the American Dream.
